Default stock air intake

can any1 show me how to take off the box on a stock intake so i can drop in a filter ?

i do believe you should be able to see some clips that will allow you to open the box up and drop in a new filter.

Unscrew the screws around the ledge on the airbox, and it just slips off after that. You can use a phillips-head, unless the screws strip, which is common. If they do strip, use an 8mm wrench, or use an 8mm socket on a 6" extension.

I'm not that ****** dumb. Intake and exhaust might make 3 whp, on a good cold day.

OR you can get a long philips head screw driver which works very well if the bolts arent rusted in.

OR you can get a 8mm nut driver (Or 10mm; i cant remember) and that works great also.

Seriously tho(not being disrespectful), what info have you been posting on this site since you dont even know how to take the air filter box top off? This is a TECH thread. Have you just been posting pics? Dont take this as a flame. Im just wondering.
