Alright I put a b16 in a 97 CX hatch. The car has idled like crap since i got it running 2 months ago. I did the 3 wire to 2 wire iacv plug conversion that you have to do in non vtec swaps in 96 and up civics. I dont get any CEL's. When the car is first cranked it idles fine but as soon as it warms up it surges up and down real fast and idles very low. It will shut off every time I pull up to a stop light. I took the IACV off and cleaned it out and it didnt help any. I took the FITV off and made sure the plunger was screwed all the way in and it was. I checked the voltage at the IACV also and it is fine. I sprayed the whole intake manifold down with brake cleaner to check for leaks and i have none. PLease help i am running out of things to check. The car is a 97 CX with a obd1 b16. I am running a obd2a - obd1 conversion harness with a p30 ECU. Thanks in Advance.
