Default 98lude, chipped p28 odb1 ecu, chrome and boost *question*

**i debated wether this was best in this form or in forced induction, i figured id do better here because maby there are more people who have boosted h22's in preludes looking here. if this shouldnt be here then move it and im sorry**

Im boosting my 98 prelude with an h22 and stock internals to 7 pounds, yes i will get a tune and pray that what i hear about them holding up fine stock is true. My question is simply this.
An OBD 1 p28 (or p13??) ecu, installed with a conversion harness, chipped and being tunned with chrome will be fine for boosting my motor and all my engine/fuel management needs, correct?
thanks for you help

p28 or p72. P13 doesnt have much support, and when it does...its not full support.
