car will also included stock injectors, ECU, steering wheel, shift boot, EVAP system, etc.
no. i wil not trade for another honda. no. i will not part out car. if someone is willing to buy this car as it sits i will sell it. i'd rather keep it than part it out.
interior has no rips, tears, broken pieces, faded areas, etc.
i have no idea how much power the car is capable of, it has yet to have a WOT tune. we have estimated at 13psi it should be near 350whp with the methanol with torque well within the safe limits of the stock sleeves. the car does have extensive part throttle tuning done, so car drives fine and can be driven as hard as you like as the current WOT tune pulls quite a bit of timing and adds extra fuel to be safe. the car is quick but NOWHWERE near it's potential.
thanks
$18,000 NO o.b.o. price is 100% firm.

Sorry, but I have to call BS on this.
If it is true, I'm sure that would deter a lot of people away from the car. There's no way you could drive with 1400#/1600# springs on the street.

I hope it was a mistake on his part.
If the spring rates are 14k/16k that works out to about 784#/896#. Much more tolerable than 1400#/1600#.

Very nice looking car ans good luck with the sale. However, I do have a question.
Why would you buy a JDM ITR engine with 11:1 compression and then boost it? I'm not saying that it cannot be done but it just seems counter-productive. Please elaborate.

I just figure that hi-comp and boost don't go well together. Even the stock ITR motor isn't the easiest one to throw boost on, it would seem to me that the even higher compression JDM version would be even harder. What happened to the stock motor?

you would be wrong, sir. but thanks for the bump. i never said it was 1400/1600#. the springs have tags on them that are clearly labeled 1400/1600 (14k/16k) as mentioned above

exactly. by our math:
11:1 C/R + methanol + good tune +13psi of boost on an SC34 = near 350whp and LOTS of response.
stock C/R does not = bad for boost.
after all the street tuing i've done, i can't not BELIEVE the responsiveness of this car. it has INSTANT power. i've been the 8.5:1 C/R route on a 2.0L and this feels more crisp.
full boost by 3800rpm
***edit. i sold the stock motor and had a built motor. too many issues and not happy with the low C/R, long spool time, etc. so, i went back to OEM with a smaller turbo. best decision i've ever made.
if i don't sell the car, i'm gonna have LOTS of fun at buttonwillow AND the drag strip

The spring rates are 14k/16k then.
Saying "1400/1600" or "1400k/1600k" makes no sense at all.

typo. i fixed it. that's what i get for posting at 2am. i guess i figured most people would use common sense to figure out what the 1400/1600 meant (the exact numbers written on the springs. i guess Spoon does not measure in lbs or kg). sorry for the confusion
