Obd 1 vtec solenoid work on obd0 motor?
Like it says, using an 94 gsr solenoid on a jdm obd0 b16. Will it work? Obviously you can't get the jdm obd0 vtec solenoid from the dealership, so need some options
adding to the question: the same part is applicable to all 92-01 teg's so....if this helps any..?

yes..ive had an obd0 and obd1 b16 and now i have an obd1 gsr..they are all the same..the vtec solenoid might have a different plug on it..greay compared to creme..but its only a single wire connecter and can easily be spliced or repinned with the right connector

There interchangeable but it the ecu is looking for 2 sensors and you only have 1, you will have a check engine light

You are wrong, on all vtec solenoids there is the vtec switch but only some have a vtec oil pressure sensor on them.
