Default way to isolate high beams form low beams?

What I want to do, is have the hi beam and lo beams isolated from each other. for example, when I flash the hi's during the day i do not want the lows to turn on as well. is there any way to do this at all? the whole reason is because i dont want to be driving in the daytime and goto flash the hi beams and have the hid's flip on and then off in succession. it's not good for them. bulbs are 9006/9005 stock 5g accord setup.
