Heater Control Issue

Its a 93 Teg when I select any of the heater controls wether it be 1,2,3,4 nothing blows out... Is it the Blower Relay or the motor? Where are both of them and is it easy to replace?

Either the blower motor itself is bad, or the blower resistor. Both are located under/behind the glove box.

Ok I fixed the blowing issue but it doesnt blow any heat
