Default Polishing valve cover

Anyone have exact directions on how to polish out my valve cover. Im goin to be in Import Auto Vibe on april 6 which is in norcal. Let me know what you think of my car.

The headlights are pretty nice, but the wing defiantly am not feeling it, it got played out so fast, just like fast and the furious did. It looks like the door handles are shaved but i cant really tell. 01 GSR is right the photo does suck. take some better photos (for example not in the shade). then once u get some more photos post them up.
