Default 94 z6 into a 00 civic EX?

OK my friend came across a 00 civic EX auto for a GOOD price, we had a Z6 out of his old 94 civic EX. he used the 00 ex harness, alternator, throttle body on the z6 and dropped it in. he said everything plugged in, but he's missing 3 sensors, intake air temp(goes in the intake tube), coolant temp, and crank speed. the car starts and runs fine, until it warms up then it lobes. his old civic did it to, but he used the 00 EX throttle body. it also stumbles down low. he's going to put in the IAT sensor and see how it goes, but will the car run OK without the crank speed and coolant temp, his temp gauge in the cluster works. is there anything else we should change? still using the 00 ex ecu.

that would be the next option, but hes tight on cash right now and needs the car for school. we fixxed everything but the crank speed rotation code. the y8 was equipt with that sensor and the z6 doesn't have it. the car doesn't run very good, and were not sure if thats because that sensor or what. can we bypass it or anything?
