Honda Vs. Haynes Service Manual......Rear wheel Bearing (s)...92 accord.
Other than the price (Honda $45 used) Haynes $20, is there that much difference in the literature (sp) and or pictures...
I figure to keep my 92 Accord Ex....so i might as well buy one of these to start doing the work i CAN do and leave the more complex work to skilled mechanics.
Last question....does the rear wheel bearings off my accord get pressed ON and OFF...?
I started to hear a humming noise awhile back, i was told it was the rear bearing. I have some play in the wheel when i rock it with my hand, just not completely sure how to take the disk off to get to the bearing itself....Is it the BIG center nut behind the dust shield or the two phillips screws on the front of the disk itself.

definatelly Honda manual.......Haynes or Chilton suck........
As for the rear wheel bearing, honda sells it with the bub, just remove the 32 mm nut, pull out the hub and install a new one,,,,,,,10 minures job

Approximate price of this bearing...? I might have to replace both rear. Does Autozone carry these or are they HONDA exclusive parts...?
