b16a first gen with bc spec three cams bogging problems
have bc spec 3s on a obd0 b16a at quarter throttle and below at cruising speeds car spudders and cuts out but anything above quarter throttle car runs great not really sure what the problem is just had it dyno tuned at 164 @ the wheels

ahhhhhh nah man, bc 3's are a great cam to begin with. There used by many with untouched bottom ends and are great power makers and provide good midrange power. But I would look into a spring/retainer combo and a tune. Ill give you the benefit of the doubt that you'd tell us if you were throwing any cels.
