Default Should i buy a D16Z6 engine to swap into my civic 92 eg

hey i found this on my local recycler a guy is selling his D16Z6 engine for $100 he told me the only problem is is has a blown head gasket. he said "Motor runs for about 30 mins before overheating" he is also selling
"Selling the block, head, intake, dizzy and exhaust. It has a BRAND NEW TIMING BELT & Water pump. No Iacv no map sensor or alternator."

well the engine is still in the car. what do you guys think should i purchase it i have a d15b7 i wanted to do a mini head swap. but what do you guys think should a purchase it a do a complete d16z6 swap into my car?
here are a couple of pictures of the engine!..

buy it, if you don't use it you can always part it out for more than you paid.

well you should rebuild it when you do the headgasket thats all. send the head out to be milled, new gaskets all around, distributor o ring, cam seal, bearings, rings... make that **** like new.
