i bought a new timing belt and water pump for my 93 civic hatch dx, but i didnt use them bcause i just traded it for a del sol s, with a swapped sohc vtec. i was wondering if the parts would work the new motor, thanks a lot

if it's a single slammer to a single slammer than it should be ok.

 

They might have different number of teeth. I'd check the part numbers for both motors on http://www.slhondaparts.com
