What brand are the bulbs? Are they rebased Philips bulbs? Do they have the Philips logo on the base?

those are the rebase Philips bulbs, the burner is made by philips and Mcculloch made the base for it. let me know

What about the 6000k kits. Do they include the real deal Ultinon bulb like the one pictured below, or is it a blue tinted bulb, in which case it's not a real Philips bulb?

Th picture you show is the real Ultinon bulbs and it's usually come in with Philips Gen 4 ballast. the bulbs we have on the Philips kit use the Philips burner but with McCulloch base. let me know

Ok. In your 6000K kits, is the bulb tinted blue or is it clear like the real Ultinon bulb.
