7th Gen Civic...what choices are there?
-=RiceBurnrEX=- hey I've got a question for you...in another post, you said that you had a friend who is having K20 engine from an RSX put into a 7th gen civic...Do you happen to know now much the engine cost and the cost to swap?? Thanks for the info

If you want the K20, expect to pay an assload of $$$ to get it in there. It doesn't "bolt" in. No bolt-in kits are available "yet".
Brian G from HASport is developing a kit and will be available at some point.
Right now the 7gen is the red headed step child for Honda.
I would think that the B swaps would be easier since the coupes motor is simular to the SOHC Civic motors in the 4-6gen Hondas, but again, no bolt-in kits are currently available.

There are no kits available... The guy doing the RSX swap paid around $10,000 for engine, transmission, ECU, etc, and labor. Any swap will involve welding new brackets etc into the engine bay, and most likely relocating most of what's in the bay right now (steering, etc). The only ones I've measured and checked out are the K20 and H22a, and the H22a is too big. Maybe a GSR engine? Haven't checked on that one.
