Need an UHPAS tire, any suggestions?

Thanks.
The stock all season Michelins are great tires. But aren't UHP, and really show their commuter car roots, now that I've added about 50 crank horses, and tightened up the suspension a little.

If you're really looking for performance, you would be better off using two sets of wheels, one with summer tires and the other with winter tires (or all-season tires). You can't get all that much performance in winter anyway, and the rest of the year, even inexpensive summer tires (e.g. Yokohama ES100) will easily outperform any all-season tire.
You probably knew that but it's still worth mentioning...

Yeah, I thought about that.
There's a guy on Ebay that sell lots of OEM VW stuff, and he said he'll send me 4 brand new OZ made R32 18 inch wheels with 225/40ZR18 Good Year Eagle F1's for $1250 +shipping. That's like a 60% discount from buying them at the dealership. I mean heck, the tires alone might be worth $900. So I think it's a good deal.
With all the city driving I do, I like the way OEM wheels feel rather than going with a heavy aftermarket 18. The R32 wheel & tire combo's weight diference is negligeble, and, weighs within 2 pounds of my current wheels and tires, so unsprung weight won't be an issue. That way I can run my 17 AS in the winter and the Z rated 18's for 8 or 9 months a year.
After adding some bracing and a spring/damper combo, the all season tires make the car feel like it want's to scrub right off of horseshoe off ramps. Not to mention that with the added boost, the t/c is working overtime from every stoplight
Thanks for your input.
