code 20 and 21? on a non vtec?

code 20 and 21? on a non vtec?
ok, i have a b18b. and im getting these codes
94+ Integra Electrical Load Detector defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor
94+ Integra VTEC Solenoid Valve defective circuit or unplugged / defective solenoid valve
* invalid code for non-VTEC engine
** invalid for V6 engine
i have a non vtec engine, why is it throwing these codes? however i do ahve a b16 wiring harness with the vtec plugs just hanging. the stock ls bin should not even read these. anyone know whats going on? as for the eld, thats not biggie. its been there for a long time.
