Default Restoring the shine on OEM wheels

okay so i read the thread on polishing your wheels and searched all over the place. is there a way to retore your wheels so they look like they just came from the dealer. i want to restore a set of gsr blades that have minor scratches and clear coat is chipping off. thanks

I think you might have answered your own question. Could you not polish out the minnor scratches and have the rims repainted with clear coat? Wheel repair joints might also have a refinishing service if you wish to get them professionally done (don't know if it's worth the $$$)
