Not bloody likely (and it would be a hideously huge file to boot)
It's called Copyright Infringement, and considering all these companies make money from publishing them; I don't think it will ever happen at a free site.
As a matter of conversation, someone indeed did make available a repair manual (I can't remember which); but within a week they were slapped with a cease and desist order and was sued in Federal Court for copyright infringement. (Intellectual property you know!! )

I had to pay for mine. Pay for your's too. If everyone gets copies of manuals, the companies who publish manuals don't make money. If they don't make money, they go out of business. If they go out of business, noone gets a manual. Fork out some cash, tightwad.

30-50 bucks for a Helms or Haynes manual.
it's like a textbook or holy qu'ran. depending on how you look at it.
