Default Replaced Axle - now leaking

After replacing the front right axle, I realized I am leaking some tranny oil near the drain plug as well as where the axle butts to the transmission (I think). I got the axle in there as far as I could & I don't think there is a gap there, but I don't know. It was sealed tight and clean as a whistle prior to the replacement. Any recommendations on how to get it all the way in? Also I read somewhere else (after the fact) that I was supposed to replace some crush washers after filling the tranny with new oil, which I did not know. Do I need to replace these in the fill and drain plug? Anyone know exactly which part #'s they are, or size and where to get them from? Thank you in advance.

If you nicked the seal you can replace it.
