I have an 06 civic si

HOWEVER i dont think they are coming today but i HAVE to have the wheels on tomorrow
( guy is coming next week to take the stockers ) and next weekend i have a party etc etc
Do you think i could safely roll on the oem lugs ( fitment wise)

i THINK i'll be ok but i've always gotten aftermarket lugs on ALL my wheels

The stock lug nuts will fit, but the wheels won't be totally secure. If you're not driving far, and it's just for a few days, you could get away with it. Any more than that, though, and it's probably worth buying a set of aftermarket lug nuts at Autozone, where they're around a buck apiece, to use until the other ones come in.

Personally, I wouldn't risk it. I used a set of aftermarket lugs on stock wheels once, because I forgot the stock lugs at home (d'oh), and the different shape damaged the lugs, because of the angle of contact. If you lugs happen to be stronger than the wheels, could be an expensive lesson....
