i found a sticker that says "race tuned" on my ecu. does anybody know anyone who had something like that on their itr ecu? since my car is a theft recovery i'm looking for information on the car and or previous owner .... not sure if this is the orginal ecu that came with the car or if it was stolen and replaced.

some distinguishable features of the car...

the car is an '01 NBP R, with many many many blemishes on the front bumper hood and fenders... theres a small circular mark embedded on the front next to the license plate holes. theres also many small dents around the car... it only had two rear splash guards... the ecu wires were tapped prolly for vafc ... that's it for now hopefully the previous owner lurks around here

 

doesn't mean chit... some rice boy could've put a sticker on the ECU to be teh IlLeSt bBoy on his block...

Or it could have I nice program running in there...have a tuner check it out...he'll be able to download your map and see...
