i have a stock std 91' civic hatch. and yeah i have completely stock SOHC 1.5L D15 (non JDM/non VTEC) so yeah my hommie was telling me to get a ZC motor... he said that it was just drop right in and i wouldnt need anythen else no new harness or ECU, etc.. is this true? btw would a ZC be better than B18A1?

 

You will need a zc ecu to make it run right, and you need a dpfi to zc swap for the wiring... Let me know if you need some wiring

yeh this might sound dumb but would making a ZC high comp be any good??

 

You can also use a 88-89 Teg ECU or Si ECU they will all work fine but the fuel cut off with be less with the si ecu
