i was reaching to grab the injector out my gf's hand and it slipped out of my grasp and hit the floor... it was prolly a 3foot drop(max)... and it was wrapped in the bubble wrap it was packaged with from RC

It should be fine, they arent that fragile..

 

Dude, haha, its fine. you can break the pintles and they're fine. If it was in bubble wrap and only three feet, its fine, don't worry

 

hehe.. We pulled a set of injectors out of an eclipse in the junkyard and my friend looked at them and said they werent dsm 450s so I started throwing them at another car in the junkyard, and then I looked at the last one and what do you know, 450 written right on it.. Found the other 3 that I threw and they are all still working perfectly to this day..

hahahahaha. funny, man i would have been scared to put those in after that. but glad to see they still work.

It was on a stock sohc so I didnt give a ****.. It was cheaper to replace the engine than it would have been to buy a new injector......Damn, do I miss those days..
