itr cams , one of the lobes have a rough spot
I was looking at my exhaust itr cam that i just got in the mail from a user here. On the last lobe theres a rough spot. at first i thought it was just dirt but it isnt.
so my question is, is it ok to run this cam or should i ask for a refund from the user i bought it off of.
heres a pic of it . the big white circle is the spot where its rough. When i took it out of hte package. there was some white dirt or something on top of that. i tried using seafoam to clean it up to see if its just dried on the cambut it isnt

i will host a better pic later tonight

It's hard to see from that pic, but if there's a groove in any part of the cam, especially on the lobe, I would try and work something out with the seller to get your money back.
here are the new pics

Actually you're one lucky ****, I got a set of ITR cams but the intake cam is flatspotted on one of the lobes so make an offer on the exhaust cam.

To hard to tell but is it like something on there or is it a piece of the cam missing? You might be able to get a machine shop to take that out. But the cost i dont know, and the effects i dont know as well.
I would do the refund thing.
