shiny black or shiny silver? shiny black...wash them down and scrub them clean! shiny silver...wash them clean, spray aircraft remover, let it do its business, then hose clean! Depends how shiny you want it from there...you want polished? then get some fine grit sand paper and start workin it!

more details next time you ask a question. Plus I'm not sure if this is "integra tech related"

you can buy it at pep boys. just ask one of the guys there, they will point you in the right direction.

why did you make a new thread? you could have bumped the one you made yesterday.

i still don't understand if he wants to polish them to give them a chrome look or just make them look nice.

if you want to make them look like chrome, search for a DIY on " how to polish wheels"

if you just want to clean them up, slap some wax on there, or do what namsoofabolus told you to do in the first thread.

Clean them up good, and then spray them with tire wet. It looks great for a steel wheel. That is if you think steel wheels look good anyways. I personally don't, but that doesn't matter. If you like them, more power to you.
