I was wondering if you could use Methonal or Water injection in the sportsman classes like T4 or Powerstreet?

i think joe has the most creative mind on here. now he just needs to put it to good use instead of super soakers and rocket packs oh yeah and the ramp at the end of the track always makign me laugh joe

not for any car that you want to run on the street frequently......because with methanol you don't have to run gigantic injectors or gas that's 10 dollars a gallon..

Is there a kit that we can buy for our cars? I'd be interested in using it. I want to use it sometimes on the street.

vic, we've done a few alcohol/water injection setups at the shop on dsms and subies
you should check some of them out
they're pretty cheap

I dont know where you buy your water but mine is $1.00 per 12 oz. That is about $10.70 per gallon.

I was under the assumption that you needed twice as much methanol to equal the same amount of gas. Therefore, you would need large injectors with methanol.

Yeah, but it's methanol injection, not running methanol though the fuel tank ..........It's spraying it in the intakewith a nozzle

 

funny how that works isnt it? better yet is when people bitch about not wanting to buy race gas, as they are drinking a redbull hahaha
