ok i have a 95 ls with a gsr in it and a fully built head the rest of the car is completely stock but last week i rear ended someone and i dont have the money to fix it right now. my boy wants to trade me his ls 4 door auto and a 1000 for my
wrecked 2 door 5 speed with a gsr
i was thnking on selling the car anyway because i am tired of worring that some one is going to steal my teg and get another car but im not sure if i want to go from a 2 dr 5 speed to a 4 dr. auto

dont do it, especially not with your friend.

You should never do business with friends, coz you never know what could happen.
Also, since you'd be trading with your friend, your going to see it around a lot, and everything he does to it, your gonna miss it.

 

The way I see it is as follows.
What is your car worth to you?
It doesn't always mean you'll get what you want.
I think you have a $3200 full GSR stage 1 swap and a $500 wrecked shell.....
Do you think you can sell your friends LS for at least $2800 - $3000?????????
If you can I'd say go for it. This way you stay mobile till you sell the LS and get what ever else you want with the money you get.

Or get your self a descent looking $400 EF shell and drop the swap in.........

 

keep your car and repair it. Because your going to miss it if you trade it.

i completely agree with this guy. don't sell it to your friends.
