Wind Direction of the Radiator FAN?
I just recently realized the the fan on my radiator is blowing TOWARDS the radiator and AWAY from the block, somone on another forum told me that the direction of the air should be opposite of what i have.
so the wind should be pulled from radiator and towards the the block, i mean this makes sense and also because if it was blowing towards the radiator it would be blowing against just speed in general if the car's moving, but i just want someone to confirm this, and if this is correct, i dont know why or how my radiator fan is blowing towards the front of the car towards the radiator....i mean i can just hook it up to a switch..to reverse this...but i've never touched it to this day...but just want some confirmation on this..

Yes, your fan should be pulling air towards your engine. Your wires are switch/backwards. Just switch the black/red wires, or the blue/black wires, if you have them backwards the fan will blow the wrong direction. I had this problem with my first couple of radiator fans, you just wired them wrong, its common. Theres only two wires, reverse them and tell us what happens.
If I remember correctly, the radiator always blows air away from the engine, out the front of the car. The fans come on only when the engine gets too warm when not moving or moving slowly and turn off as you speed up. There is only one way to connect the wiring to the radiator when using the stock connector. It's fool proof. Don't waste time making some screwy scheme to reverse the direction of your fans.
