hey guys i just got done installing my custom 2.5 in. exhaust all stainless steel.
this set up is really loud i wouldnt reccomend a 2.5 exhaust for any one that just wants a little more tone. a 2.5 in. exhaust is more for the guy that wants true power and doesnt mind hearing his motor. also if you want a broxe finish to your stainless header spray it with some wd40 before running it. I did this to mine and it turned out great

 

i think another resonator would quiet it down

 

You can make a 2.5 inch exhaust quieter than stock if you wanted to. It all depends on the cat conv., resonators, and muffler used, or lack there of.

 

ya true.. I just put a custom 2.5 inch exhaust on 2 weeks ago.. its really quite. I used a carsound cat, magnaflow 18 inch long resonator and an es muffler.
