I'm replacing the front speakers in my 91 Civic Std. However, I don't know what size to buy. Anyone know?

dont wanna make another thread... but does any1 happen to know the rear crx si's speaker sizes.. its a 90

I think front and rear side panels are 6.5

6.5 I should say.

 

But unless you want to make custom brackets, make sure that you get [b]standard sized[b] 6.5 inch speakers for the front. Oversized 6.5 inch speakers will not fit the stock bracket. Also, pretty much ANY speaker you get will require that you cut off the back of the bracket.

 

i actually have 6 x 9's, but i had to take the cover plate off the speakers cuz it wouldnt fit. but the cover plate is for looks, and u have a speaker cover on the door that covers the speaker anyway, so u cant even see it, all u feel is that mad bass bumping and shaking the windows :D

 

6x9 in all four locations. I'm shopping for some kick *** 6x9's, but I will shut up and not thread jack.
