Default Suspension Question - Look at Picture

Former ITR member here. Went to the dark side swapping in an ITR into an EG. Anyhow i am doing full Type R suspension and brakes. I have a question on the suspension at the moment and can't recall the answer from working on my Type R.

Look at the following picture:

Isn't there a nut that goes to #19 to secure it to the bottom of the fork or is that fork supposed to be threaded? It seems as though the bottom of my fork is not threaded to just take the bolt but rather it needs a nut and i wanted to get it from Acura but I can't find it. Thanks fellas

for everyone

You're right, there's a nut. The fork isn't threaded.

#26 is the nut you need.
