I have a 1990 Civic hatchback dx that i converted from obdo multiport to obd1 fuel injected. i used a jumper harness and wired up everything correctly. the only bproblem that i'm having is it wont rev. past like 3,000 rpm. it seems like it hits a rev. limiter. the motor thats in it right now came out of a 94 eg hatch. its a d15 non-vtec. If anyone has any input i would much appreciate it. Thanks

check timing, might have jumped a tooth
