well lol you never know when it will be the last year because if remember correctly 04 was supposed to be the last year and then came the 05 which also was supposed to be the last year and "LO AND BEHOLD" the 06 is here and now i guess its supposed to be the last year as well. Just have to wait and see i guess. But i did read in a car and driver magazine that they are supposed to come out with a v10 nsx. that would be crazy but probably not gonna happen

Well, Honda's gotta do something to keep people interested. With the NSX, S2000, RSX gone, the sportiest car in the Honda line-up will be the Civic Si. It'll be interesting to see what they come up with.

HSC was a hybrid 4wd wasn't it? Same 300 or 320hp rating I forget, but it had an electric motor powering the front wheels (read: torque).

the new nsx will be the next car from honda.... and then a replacement for the s2000 (possibly) 2 years after the release of the new nsx....

new nsx.. 2008, or 2009... replacement for s2000 (if it happens) 2010 or 2011...

Hummm, I had no idea they were dropping the S2000 from their lineup. So now Honda is back to just FF's huh? That sucks, Honda really had something good going with S2000, hopefully it comes back.

Well they just toched it up in 06 (again) new wheels, rear speakers in the seats, tracktion control, outside temp gauge in dash, etc, i doubt they made those changes for just for one year, if anything i would say 07 would be the last year but then again its just rumors

I'm hoping they'll bring back the Prelude. Even though it left as an FF platform, maybe they'll go AWD next time around? Maybe even the 2.3 Turbo from the RDX?

Honda really needs a solid AWD/RWD coupe in their line-up.

x2. The 2.3T sounds promissing though. Isn't there another rumor saying the S will join the Acura lineup as a hardtop coupe?

Haven't heard anything about that. The only "new" model I've heard of, is the revised coupe version (and vert) of the TSX in the Acura line-up, which will take over the current RSX.

I'm hoping and praying that rumor is true. Maybe Acura took a little hint from Porsche. I love that new Caymen.
