88 CRX

I have a friend that is selling an 88 CRX automatic but the engine is seized they want 1000 for it the body is straight and i couldnt see any rust on it is it a good deal or should i try to bring it down more?

If the body is in good condition, $1k isn't such a bad deal. If cars tend to rust in your area, might even be worth more.
