front seat wont recline

front seat wont recline
i was wondering if it was hard to fix if i can and how to get to the problem to fix it when i pull on the handle to recline it there is a little pull to it but it wont go backward or forward i ahve searched and found nothing and same on cb7tuner thanks all

The spring must be stuck on something!!!
But to find out what is wrong, you'll have to remove the plastic piece that is on the lower side part of the seat, and find out what is causing the problem!!!
