just got a leather jacket finally and christ the arms are stiff. definetely not used to wearing something so heavy. anyways...side note - bike is back together finally and wewt

 

after a month of off and on riding, my leather was much more comfortable

Give it some time. The leathers have to break in for a bit (took mine about a week of non-stop abuse).

 

I'm working on a new jacket too. I feel ya.

 

Use some leather conditioner, it'll help soften it up so it's not so stiff.

That's the way my brother did it, not intentionally though, he just happend to get caught in some heavy rain.
