It would be really dope to see full 8 car fields before the planned merger next year!!!

Obviously, Bergenholtz will be back to defend the title

Ladwig will be out and about under a GM powerplant

Rhodes has the new body, and hopefully some testing to get the numbers down

Rado... will the new car be ready in time? is he splitting time or doing a F/T and P/T deal b/w series

Hunt... new paint scheme looks really dope, im assuming he's doing NDRA FT and making part time nhra appearances

Gardella might be doing a full season in PFWD

What about Bothwell???????? Is Steve Townsend driving the Cavalier this year?

Heard rumors about John Brown coming out again???

What about Nelson? Is he coming out to play with the new car?

Ive also heard a certain someone bought Jarrod Silver's car... is that certain someone going to campaign the car again?

What about Callos, is the RSX parked for good?
Same thing for Leevon and Brent L

They were working on it for a little while but I dont think anything is happening with that.

 

So what is up with NDRA and the FWD classes? Are there two hot rod style classes now? One with gas and the other PROFRONT style? Will Gary and other cars alike have to compete with the tube chassis cars? What classes is Brian Jimenez competing in?

All I know is Hunt is gonna put the smack down this season 6's here we come

 

Even though theres a good amount of cars for this class. I think theyre going to be split amongst the different race series.

I cant wait for the season to start though... but at the same time dont want it yet, since we all have jobs to do first before racing.

Whatever happened to the saturn that lisa kubo and hunt drove, was that car up for sale?

 

If they all make it that would be great, but I predict no more than four cars at any given event all year. Come on guys, prove me wrong.

i believe the saturn is out for good, wont see it competing anymore.

however, bothwell was testing the pfwd car with another driver last year
havent heard whether they are bringing it out again now that the hot rod car is retired... seems that Mike Whitney left Bothwell as well
Bothwell is a team that definately needs to be in the PFWD mix this year... they are a very well-run team

Brent, can't wait to see your car... been hearing so much about it the last few years

wish i had about 60k burning a whole in my pocket... sure wouldnt mind buying carlson's car... if just for the chassis and transmission alone

gotcha, i didnt know bothwell had another driver.

either way im sure they will still be on top of their game, bothwell is ON-POINT.

Brian will be competing in the NDRA version of Hot Rod (I apologize, I'm to to sure what the name of that class is). I'm assuming that Gary would be competeing in the same class.

Bring them all out. I wanna see how people run in AZ. I wish more ProFWD's would run NHRA. There is no restrictions in that class for ANYONE As someone put it, there is no bitching in ProFWD, therefore no need to put restrictions on anyone

ron, good luck to you guys this year... the only thing better than your first championship, is a repeat

so it is true about the ol toucan car... i heard it was just sitting rusting right now since the ownership change, thats definately welcoming news that it will be out and about again!!!!!... now that the chassis has been stretched... that should be a competitive car, he was cutting some of the best short times a few years ago no?

I knew Rob was doing the new car, and shane was on board to tune... didnt know Kubo left easy street though... wow

apparently billy glidden is back with schumacher to help carlson... to me(purely speculatoin), that seemed like writing on the wall if shaun doesnt qualify for gainesville than billy would be ready to jump in
wish the best of luck to mr nuformz and hope he kicks azz in gville, but of course would welcome his return into the profront mix
heading up to valdosta tommorow, understand they will be there testing before the gatornationals

i talked to one of rado's guys and he said they are aiming for a full two-series schedule, that would be pretty dope

 

It looks as though PROFWD will be pretty good this year. I have been waiting for this to happen for sooooo long. All we need to do now is hope that everyone finishes their cars in a timely fashion. BUT...........................you know everyone procrastinates like crazy. Big Props to those workin hard to make it to the races. Good luck and hope to see you at the track!
