Question about 88 tranny and Y8 swap...
I know that 89 and up DX and Si trannies will fit but what trannies overall will fit a D16y8?
I remember hearing that the 88 trannies have different splines on the shaft, is that true? IF so what's the difference?

or go with the 90-91 flywheel (212 mm) and pressure plate , and with 89 accord clutch disc (212mm with 21 splines). it may sound weird but i did a little research on http://www.advancedclutch.com .Oh and i have this setup with my 88 si tranny and d16y8
, good luck.
