Default Jumped on the wire tuck bandwagon....need a little help now

So I have this bare shell and I'm putting the wire harness back in it so I figured it would be a good time to try out my wire tucking skills. So far so good as I have tucked all the headlight, grounds, horns, and rad fan wiring through the fender wells and very neatly I might add. I do however need a little help with the wiring for the fuse box relocation. The fuse box is now mounted in the cabin and I have the proper plugs going to it I just need to know what the extra plugs are for. I will not be running windshield wipers nor the fluid, no ac or heat, and the brake proportioning valve is getting moved under the dash as well. Check it out and let me know if you can help.
Passenger side (notice no proportioning valve )

Fuse Box under dash

Here's what I need help with. What are these plugs for besides the wiper motor. Also can I cut and get rid of all the plugs I won't need for the heat and air system and wipers?
