Default How to close my sunroof with the wiring harness removed? 1989 CRX

So Ive got everything ready on my car for an engine conversion and was about to ring the shop to arrange to book it in however I noticed my sunroof is open a notch from where I was messing with sticking the seal back on. Can I just run a positive and negative wire from the battery to the sunroof switch and give it a flick?

Any ideas would be appreciated

Can't you crank it by hand with an allen wrench? I havn't been in my car in a while, but I know my brothers DA has a slot in the ceiling that lets you close the sunroof manually in case it for some reason stops working

Im pretty sure you can I dont know why I didnt think of that before, I think its the same for the windows. I'll check my workshop manual im sure they'll tell me how, unless someone can tell me here before I get home to have a look.

Thanks

ya right infront of the dome light there's a little plastic cap. remove that and you'll see a crank torx head. In with the spare tire and jack should be the handle to spin it.
