Default obd1 or obd2 ? obd1 or obd2 ?

i cant decide... i know the difference for the most part. heres the thing i have a 91 crx si and a 99 gsr full swap <p72> i am not planning to do any crazy mods to the car so i dont know if it is worth the extra effort and cash for sure to go to obd1..... i just want a nice reliable car thats quick. so if i go obd2 all i need is the change over harness and the distributor plug conversion... right ? if im wrong please help me with some kind of a list or something im sooooo sick of reading obd crap.

Is it an OBD2 US or JDM (P72 ECU planning on using)?
The JDMs are less work.

Assuming your buying a conversion harness either way, you would only have the extra cost of the ECU, as you could use everything else from the OBD2 if going OBD1. I personally would probably do the OBD1 set up and get a different ECU; certainly if it was a US ECU, probably the same if it were a JDM ECU too. Less headaches IMO.

We can do a 0-2 no problem, or we can do a 0-1 for your setup. Give me a call, and we can help you decide whats best.

OBD1 I'd just give Rywire a call, get the right components and get it knocked out in 1 shot
