Default Front end damage, replace bumper or take it to a collision shop?

I got my bumper off and took a good look at the minor collision damage on my CRX..

It looks like the passenger side of the bumper got bent in a bit. The plastic bumper is about an inch back on that fender. It also messed with the headlight alignment.

My question is whether I should try and find a new steel bumper and pull the headlight parts back into place, or just take it to a collision shop and let them fix it? I'm doubtful about finding a rex in a local junkyard, and dallas is 2 hours away.

Any beam from an EF should work. Don't waste money at a shop... just pull the damned thing out.
