Difference in Ground Control made for Bilstein's and Koni's?? (see pictures inside)

Difference in Ground Control made for Bilstein's and Koni's?? (see pictures inside)
I purchased 2 sets of GC, 1 for 92 Civic HB and the other for 96 Civic HB.
Rear springs rates are as followed:
- 92 Civic HB 450lb for Koni Yellows
- 96 Civic HB 430lb for Bilsteins
Why would the springs look different? Will the extra 20lbs in spring matter in appearance? Please see pics below.
430lb rear for Bilsteins
450 rear for Koni's (spring on right)
