Default K24 Turbo Manifold Pics Something new we've been working on

This is for the K24 accord project we have been working on. The turbo kit is being made from scratch. Here are a few pics of it in the works. The manifold is going to be a top mount style 304L SS with a gt3071 turbo, 3" Downpipe and Tial 38mm gate. We should have some more pics as the project comes along. It looks pretty promising so far.

In the process....

A little preview.....

The turbo kit is being fabricated for a 2004 accord 2.4L. We have run into a few snags with the oil filter so we are putting in a relocation kit to make the room for the #1 runner. There should be some new pics up this weekend. Hopefully with the downpipe complete and turbo mounted. We are also making the fuel system a return style with an adjustable 1:1 regulator. The manifold will be in the jig shortly so keep your eyes out for this kit once it is completed. Expect HP numbers over 300whp at a conservative boost level!

Here is another photo of #2 in the works.

^ i "believe" that one is chassis specific, because of some difference of the k in an accord vs rsx etc.
but this mans skills are endless and he can make you what ever you want!!

yes we tune many different types of setups. what are you running for engine management? The accord has an insane amount of room between the firewall and the engine, so we have lots of room to work with. The RSX and others unfortunately don't have as much room, but i'm sure that we can build something to fit. contact us for tuning and any custom fabrication needs!

Right on man.I actually called you guys Wednesday at like 3pm.I didn't leave a message though.Whats the best time to get someone?

I have to see how my funding goes first.I have two plans one low budget and then what I want.

What I want is a
g22vtec hybrid
forged wisco pistons
T3.60 ar turbo external waste gate ran to the downpipe
and the rest of the turbo setup I'm not going to list a whole setup but that's the idea.
I want to run it on crome. No real reason I just like crome better then uberdata. If you have Neptune I wouldn't mind using that either.
My hp goals are whatever we can come up with and be safe.X fingers 250whp

and the budget build is just a dsm 16g typical accord turbo setup all stock internals.
with this one Id like to get about realistically 190whp

But I will all the mechanic work on the car done 100% when i bring it to you I'll just need a good street tune and dyon run.
