Default Sellling Completely built H22 motor

I have a 2000 H22a4 that was completely built top to bottom. I was going to swap this to my 01 Accord, but decided to sell everything even the car to start new project. Here is a list of everything done.

2K H22a4 block Darton MID 89mm bore, decked, honed, line honed, etc.
89mm bore JE pistons 9:1
Total Seal gapless rings
Carillo H beam Rods
Factory Bearings/seals/gaskets
Circuit works/pro-drive oil pump gear
Cometic HP gasket
ARP Main/Head Studs
h22 Race Stage HEad port/polish 5 angle valve job
Skunk2 Dual valve springs/Ti retainers
+1mm Skunk2 Valves
Crower turbo cams
STR cam seal
Skunk2 Cam Gears
Greddy Timing/balance Belts
AC Autotechnic Intake Manifold
STR Throttle body 68mm
STR Competition Fuel Rail
PRecision 880cc injectors w/ clips
South Florida Performance Exhaust Manifold (jet hot Coated)
Precision SC-63s cover
Tial 38mm wastegate
TUrbo XS RFL blow off valve
Fidanza Flywheel
RPS Turbo Max Clutch kit
Unorthodox racing pulley set for PS, and Altenator
Seanz Transmission

Motor is entirely Fresh (not started) All specs/clearances are race ready. Motor is capable of over 700+ whp on low boost, possibly 1000+ on high boost and good tune) I have over $19K ($4+ on tranny, $15k+ on motor) Would like to keep it together but understand people's budget may limit to only pieces. Asking $16K for everything, willing to possibly part out, but no low ballers, everything is BRAND NEW.ONLY SERIOUS INQUIRES please don't waste time BSing on the thread.
