Best spark plugs and spark wires for 06 si?

I heard not too many companies produce most aftermarket spark plugs for this car yet. What kind of plugs and wires do you guys prefer. thanx.

car has individual coil packs..... not wires and a dizy....

also cant see a need to upgrade plugs on such a new car.... maybe at 60k

get more efficient spark. maybe gain a little bit of power.

Its coil on plug... its not going to get much more effecient. These "Plasma blaster" coils seem to do nothing... just leave the ignition as is.
