These came out of my ls/vtec turbo build when I sleeved the engine. There is nothing wrong with them, I just opted to get new pistons and new rods when I rebuilt it. I did a compression and leak down test just before they came out and both tests were just fine. - $200 shipped

they come with wrist pins right so all i would have to buy are rings correct

 

Correct, they have the pins and also those little "C" clips that hold the wrist pins in place. They even have the rings on them still so you wouldn't even really have to buy new rings unless you felt comfortable buying new ones.
