yea wats up . i got a 99 si and i have dc 4-1 header on it. i had it at my body shop for 2 weeks so it wasnt being driven and wen i got ot back there is rust all over the top of the runners. only from wer they curve to go into the block. i was wondering how this happened and how to get it off. oh and also i though they were ceramic but ceramic dont rust correct? ok kool thanks

 

Call DC and ask if they will exchange. Should be some warranty..

 

It eventually rusts. If you don't like rust, get it hot jet coated or get stainless steel.
