Default wheels spin when in neutral?

i had the front end in the air the other day. the motor was running and in neutral, the wheels were still turning on their own though. is this because of the differential? or do i need to make some sort of adjustment to my clutch?

yup, if there's NO spin in neutral that's when you start being concerned, obviously something would be binding
